The Hanging Gardens

Terraces of the old temple grown into the cliff face, reached by climbing roots and rope, a hundred feet of vertical garden.

A closer look

At the threshold

The gardens are read vertically, terrace above terrace disappearing into the cliff. Roots and ropes offer the climb, while every ledge holds another small abundance. Near the top, the canopy opens into a view that makes the ascent visible below.

Rare forage on every terrace, a harpy roost at the top, a view of the whole Deep

A planned rule of this place

Climbing: roots are handholds, and a wet root after rain gives way. Fall damage applies.
